Using an integration of body-based techniques, mindfulness and somatic experiences, Kris supports clients during their growth and healing journeys.

Kris embraces a yoga practice that embodies a sense of self-awareness and self-acceptance that can be both energizing and empowering.
Kris welcomes all body types to the mat and offers a variety of classes at the Simply Studio, including a very popular Somatic Yoga series that introduces gentle and mindful movements that feel good to the body and soul. An internalized journey combining breathwork, meditation, guided visualization and embodiment.
